Holding Space - Guided Meditation

As mental health professionals, we spend much of our time supporting our clients through some of the most difficult experiences of their lives. As much of our country burns, we can feel truly helpless. We watch on as our fellow countrymen lose their homes and, in some truly tragic instances, their lives. Animals are perishing, fire-fighters are at their physical and mental limits, families are traumatised and children have lost their innocent belief in the safety of their world. The joyful, free-spirited joy which, for generations, has defined our care-free Aussie summers is gone.

Like many of you, we have been struggling with the questions… what can we do? What could we possibly do that would help in a tragedy of this size? The answer, as always, is we can only do what is within our power. So we chose to step into our power and unite with our fellow Australians to hold a safe space, in the face of the fire storm.

Please join us in holding space and raising money for those who so desperately need and deserve it. Amy Campbell has created a guided meditation practice to raise money for and provide support for those affected by the Australian bush fires. We recommend a donation of $16 to participate along with the video (please see links below), but if you have already donated what you can or if it is not within your means please feel free to follow along for free ❤
