I am a Mental Health Occupational Therapist who graduated from Curtin University. I work with adolescents and adults and have a strong interest in supporting women, particularly during periods of identity change, role transition, and burnout (such as changes related to body image, relationships, caregiving roles, reproductive health, career shifts, or returning to work).
My approach focuses on helping people feel more balanced, supported, and connected in their everyday lives. I work in an occupational and relational way, helping clients better understand themselves, their needs, and how daily demands impact their wellbeing. I also conduct functional capacity assessments to help identify challenges and areas where practical strategies can support daily functioning and participation in meaningful roles.
I place strong emphasis on understanding sensory experiences and how these influence emotions, energy, and relationships. I believe that when people feel more regulated and supported in their bodies, they are better able to engage in meaningful roles, routines, and relationships. I work collaboratively with clients to navigate life transitions, rebuild capacity, and create sustainable ways of living that align with what matters most to them.
