Emily is a Clinical Psychologist Registrar with experience supporting clients across the lifespan. She is committed to providing gender-affirming and neurodiversity-affirming care, with a particular interest in integrative, resilience-based approaches to treatment. Emily brings over 15 years of experience as an educator, working with children, adolescents, and adults in educational settings, which informs her thoughtful, developmentally attuned clinical practice.
Emily is also a graduate of the Hakomi Psychotherapy Professional Training, a mindfulness-based therapeutic approach that emphasises self-awareness, compassion, and embodied experience. She completed her Master of Clinical Psychology at the University of Western Australia and is currently undertaking a PhD focused on empathy and emotion regulation following acquired brain injury.
